Tranquil Weather Returns to Pittsburgh at Midweek
November 19, 2013; 8:03 AM
After a blustery and colder start to the week, winds will ease and temperatures will rebound for the middle of the week around Pittsburgh.
Temperatures will climb well into the 40s Wednesday afternoon and should reach into the 50s on Thursday.
However, the atmospheric mood swings, typical of November will continue.
The next storm system is forecast to begin to affect the area by Friday with a chance of rain.
As that system strengthens, it is likely to generate another bout of gusty winds this weekend.
A blast of arctic air will follow over the weekend and is likely to deliver the lowest RealFeel® temperatures of the season so far.
