As of Tuesday morning, EDT, there are no tropical cyclones in the South Pacific Ocean, though a tropical low is beginning to develop just to the north of Australia's Top End.
The chance for development through the rest of Tuesday seems low, but as the system drifts to the south and east during the second half of the week, it seems likely that a tropical cyclone will develop. Eventual impacts to land around the Gulf of Carpentaria are likely towards the weekend.
