Cooler times ahead for the Prairies
July 10, 2019; 10:29 AM
Latest atmospheric signals suggest that the mean trough will set up across the Prairies and extend up into Northeast Canada over the coming weeks, which will lead to temperatures near normal or slightly below normal. Alaska will stay unseasonably warm, while some very warm air heads into the eastern United States and parts of Ontario and southern Quebec.
