Florida wet for now; rounds of storms west of the Mississippi later this week

Aside from Florida, the Southeast is looking cool and dry through the first part of this week. Florida looks mostly chilly and rainy; parts of Central and South Florida will see a soaking on Tuesday. Florida dries out at midweek; Florida and the rest of the Southeast warm up later in the week. Aside from parts of Oklahoma and Arkansas having some wet weather Tuesday into Wednesday, areas west of the Mississippi look mainly quiet with cool to seasonable temperatures until later this week. At that point, it gets more active out there with two storms to push through later this week and this weekend. This leads to a stormy spell with a couple of rounds of severe weather over West Texas and Oklahoma, perhaps areas farther south and east as well.
